The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: Ridge Demands Answers About Eric’s Illness, Tries To Force Seeking Second Opinions?

The Bold and The Beautiful spoilers tease that once Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) finds out about Eric Forrester’s (John McCook) terminal illness, after the fashion showdown’s complete he’ll demand answers.

Ridge is likely to not only demand answers from Eric’s doctor, Colin Colby (Justiin Davis) but also demand that Eric seeks second opinions!

Even though Eric has serious symptoms, reminding Ridge of when Stephanie Forrester (Susan Flannery) became ill and died, Ridge is in borderline denial of how serious Eric’s condition is.

Eric has always been a force of nature, and he can’t believe that this is the end for him, and he demands answers from Eric’s doctor, who can’t give answers.

Eric would have to sign medical releases for anyone else to know medical details, even if they were other doctors-Bridget Forrester, (Ashley Jones) for instance.

Ridge and Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) feel like in spite of all the tests he apparently has had, something this serious should require second opinions.

They aren’t medical experts but his symptoms seem so unrelated to each other they both feel second opinions should be sought.

B & B Spoilers: Ridge Forrester And Brooke Logan Talk To Eric Forrester And Donna Logan Together

Now that the secret’s out, at least among family and those important Forrester folks like Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) Ridge and Brooke talk to Eric and Donna Logan (Jennifer Garies) together.

Apparently Eric has been ill for some time already, with more and worse symptoms developing and minimized or denied them even to Donna, carrying his pain inside.

Hiding symptoms doesn’t exactly help a doctor make a correct diagnosis, notes Brooke, and it hadn’t been until Donna saw Eric coughed up blood Dr. Colby even had a clue.

They knew he had hardening of the arteries in his brain, but the hand tremors and weakness and coughing up blood don’t seem to all be from one illness.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers: It Makes Sense To Donna Logan

Eric has a rather fatalistic view of the concept of getting second opinions, more medical tests, having to go to the hospital, and a negative attitude.

The reason he’s gone with Dr. Davis is he makes house calls, but Brooke makes a good point-has there been an MRI done or other imaging tests? Those don’t exactly fit in a doctor’s little black bag-and that makes lots of sense to Donna.

Ridge mentions Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) brain aneurysm and how they would never have found what’s wrong without the brain MRI and even then it was almost too late.

How about if they at least let John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) in on the mystery diagnosis and get some second opinions-he’s the one who diagnosed Thomas!
