Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers hint that SORASed Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) and Tate Black (Jamie Martin Mann) might be a teenage daytime drama super couple in the making. The two legacy characters joined the land of Salem this week and are already making waves.

Still, all soapy super couples have to go through a number of obstacles to get to their romantic destination. Will Tolly’s be Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker)?

Days Spoilers: Will Holly & Tate Walk In Their Parent’s Footsteps?

Days spoilers hint that Holly and Tate will likely hit it off during the week of October 9th. The two are still quite young, but Mr. Black seems to be a lady’s man, while Holly will probably fit that perfect Salem “girl next door” persona.

This makes a recipe for a great love story, especially by soap standards and the two could end up with the same fate as Shelle, with a long-term love story playing out for years to come (hopeful minus the recent drama that Belle Brady-Black (Martha Madison) and Shawn-Douglas Brady (Brandon Beemer) are experiencing).

Still, could they also have a great love story like their parents experienced? Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Nicole had quite the romance, back in the day. While things got dark here and there, the two have managed to stay very good friends. In fact, Brady was one of the great loves of Nicole’s life … maybe minus Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and Dr. Daniel Jonas (Shawn Christian).

DOOL Spoilers: Nicole Doesn’t Seem Impressed By Tate

This week’s Days preview shows an encounter between Nicole and Tate, and Ms. Walker doesn’t seem overly impressed by Brady’s son. She can sniff a player from a mile away, after all, she was once one, herself!

The younger Black male in Salem looks like a playboy, and Nicole will be very skeptical of his motives when it comes to her daughter. Raising a teen girl can be a complicated thing, so Ms. Walker will need to tread lightly, but she could make it very hard for the couple to see each other, let alone try and establish a relationship.
