Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will confront Harris Michaels (Steve Burton) regarding his feelings for Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun).

He’ll deny it when he and Ava talk to Marlena at the hospital, but it won’t stop him from pulling Ava into a kiss once they get back to her place!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Going Through Dangerous Stuff Together Creates Bonds

There’s no doubt that going through dangerous stuff together creates bonds, and brings people close, whether romantically or platonically.

Marlena, of course should know that as a psychiatrist, but when Ava and Harris are talking to her she picks up on a different kind of bond entirely! She doesn’t say a lot to Ava but when she and Harris are alone she confronts Harris about his obvious feelings for Ava-however, he denies it.

Harris does care for Ava but he denies any romantic feelings or sexual attraction to her-the only reason Marlena is concerned is because of Ava’s past patterns.

Marlena is concerned that Ava could slip back into her old criminal, manipulative ways, and Harris would lose all the ground he’s gained in therapy and overcoming his programming.

DOOL Spoilers: It’s Not Good For Two Psychiatric Patients To Bond

Generally, it’s not good for two psychiatric patients to bond, although Harris is not so much a psychiatric patient because of a psychiatric problem, but because of brainwashing.

He requested to be put in Bayview so he could be sure any trace of Megan DiMera’s (Miranda Wilson) programming is gone, he never wants to hurt anyone again.

Granted, Harris was drawn to Ava because she seemed like a damsel in distress and he truly did protect her, and he believed her about Susan Banks’ (Stacy Haiduk) survival. And then he and Ava followed Susan’s psychic messages and found her and brought her home to EJ DiMera (Dan Feurreriegel).

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Denial Becomes Difficult

Denial becomes difficult for Harris, and Ava probably isn’t even trying to deny what is happening between them-it looks like they may be the old Hernandez house when it happens.

If not there, possibly Harris’ family home, since he did grow up in Salem; seems the long lingering kiss might take them both by surprise. Harris and Ava both have to live somewhere, and Jake DiMera’s (Brandon Barash) old garage apartment would be too traumatizing for Ava; her regressing is the last thing he’d want.

That’s the last thing Marlena would want as well, although she allowed that Ava didn’t have to return to Bayview. But if walls could talk, she definitely wouldn’t like hearing what’s happening between Harris and Ava in that kitchen!
