Jack decided to give Diane an executive position at his family’s company Jabot. Ashley was furious that Jack decided to give Diane an important position at Jabot. Ashley decided to leave her position at Jabot because she did not want to work with Jack and Diane. Jack has been able to turn to Billy to help him to deal with the fallout from Ashley’s resignation from Jabot. Billy has wanted to help Jack because he knows that Jack wants to keep Jabot from having trouble because Ashley decided to leave the company.
