General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Finn And Liz Worry About The Pint Size Matchmaker – Is Violet Having Nightmares?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and rumors tease Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) and Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will worry about their pint-size matchmaker. Just exactly who or what is “the shadow” that haunts her nightmares and is Violet Finn (Jophielle Love) having nightmares about losing those she loves?

General Hospital Spoilers – Violet Finn Wants Her Aunt And Father Together

Violet wants her aunt and father together and obviously didn’t like it when they broke off their romantic relationship. But it was something that Elizabeth had to do to heal from the traumatic memories that came up, triggered by Peter August’s (Wes Ramsey) push down a flight of stairs. It had turned out years ago Elizabeth had pushed a woman down a flight of stairs who was her father’s mistress, and it also turned out to be Finn’s first wife.

Although the injuries didn’t kill her, the fall led to her contracting Blackwood’s Disease while in surgery and she later died. Elizabeth’s guilt wouldn’t allow her to continue a romantic relationship with Finn, although they are still friends.

General Hospital Updates – First Her Mother, Then Her Grandmother, Then Her Aunt

Violet has lost three important female figures in her life in not that many years; her mother, then her grandmother, and then her aunt, although Elizabeth didn’t disappear or die. Even though she never talks about her, she may have felt the loss of Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) as well after she and her father broke up-she was attached to Anna. Violet had a nightmare with something or someone she called “the shadow” and ran to Finn and cried out Aunt Elizabeth can’t leave yet, the night she set them up. It was like she was afraid if Aunt Elizabeth walked out the front door that she’d never see her again, like her mother and grandmother.

Maybe It’s Time For Therapy

Maybe it’s time for Finn to take Violet to a therapist who can help her deal with her losses and lack of closure. She may know that her grandmother Naomi Berlin (Gigi Bermingham) died, but no one knows what happened to Hayden Barnes (Rebecca Budig). Well, it did sound like perhaps Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) knew since one of his last conversations with Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) indicated he “got rid of Hayden” for him.

That still leaves Violet with no closure over her missing mother and fears she’ll lose her Aunt Elizabeth. It also leaves Finn and Liz wide open for more matchmaking out of Violet’s fears!
