Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers indicate that although Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) and Kristen Dimera (Stacy Haiduk) have reached a custody agreement, it doesn’t seem like the judge is happy. Neither Brady nor Kristen have been concerned with putting Rachel Black (Finley Rose Slater) first when dealing with their endless custody battles. Will the judge pick out a more fitting guardian for Rachel?

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Brady Black Has Had Custody

Days Of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Brady was awarded custody of Rachel the last time Kristen and Brady went to court. Of course, Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) showed the judge a very unflattering video of Kristen that show exactly how unfit Kristen was to have full control over a child. Kristen is just too unpredictable to raise her daughter.

Unfortunately, Brady cannot control his daughter no matter how hard he tries. Rachel has taken off and visited her mother at Statesville Prison when she was being held there. Rachel has slipped away from her father several times when she wanted to do something and he would not allow her to. Rachel even left her summer camp and ended up at the Dimera mansion without permission.

Days Of Our Lives Updates – Kristen Dimera Is Constantly In Legal Trouble

Every time Kristen turns around she is getting into some kind of legal trouble. Kristen’s latest stint in Statesville had to do with brainwashing her brother, Stefan Dimera (Brandon Barash) to fall in love with Chloe to keep her away from Brady. Kristen has even instructed Rachel to misbehave to come between Chloe and Brady.

Kristen also stole the orchid that could have saved Marlena Evans’s (Deidre Hall), Kayla Johnson’s (Mary Beth Evans), and Kate Brady’s (Lauren Koslow) life. Brady is afraid to allow Rachel to know everything her mother has done because of the fear of Rachel following in her footsteps. Is Brady right to keep Rachel away from Kristen?

Marlena Evans Has Been Consistent

Marlena has been very consistent when it comes to Rachel. Marlena has tried her best to help Brady deal with guiding Rachel throughout life without her mother. Most of the time, Kristen has either been in prison or on the run. Marlena has been very good at helping Rachel to deal with her mother’s absence in her life.

Marlena advocates for Rachel’s wants and needs. Marlena believes that Rachel should have access to her mother if she wants to visit her. Brady hasn’t taken Rachel to the prison to visit Kristen as many times as she has been there. However, Rachel clearly is demanding contact with her mother and Marlena can make sure she gets that. Will Marlena end up with custody of Rachel?
