General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Nina’s Relief Is Short-Lived, “Neddie” Moves In With Sonny?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease that Nina Reeves’ (Cynthia Watros) relief will be short-lived after realizing Ned Quartermaine’s (Wally Kurth) memory hasn’t returned. Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) feels sorry for “Eddie Maine” and he’ll offer him to move into the penthouse and restart his music career!

General Hospital Spoilers – Just The Person I’m Looking For

Nina has a look of stark fear on her face when Ned approaches her in The Savoy, and tells her she’s just the person he’s looking for! She breathes a sigh of relief when she realizes he doesn’t really know who she is and doesn’t remember who he is, either. Eddie Maine is looking for someone in charge of music at the nightclub, and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) isn’t there.

Nina knew that Ned thought he was his old music persona but feared he’d come back to himself and his Ned memories. He hadn’t-and soon Sonny, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) and Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) come over-Sonny says he’ll take care of “Neddie”.

General Hospital Updates – Sonny Corinthos Calls To Let Everyone Know He’s Okay

The first thing Sonny does is call Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) so he can let Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) know “Neddie” is okay. He knows Michael will probably say something too but Dante will keep Ned’s wife and family calm when Michael will rant about it being Ned’s fault. Michael had come to the club to deliver the bad news Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) has to go to prison, still thinking Ned’s the whistleblower. As for Nina, she reels when she finds out Sonny makes an offer to “Neddie” to live with him in the penthouse, that’s much too close and personal for her! While Sonny wants to keep him safe and in town and happy until he gets his full memory back, Nina has other ideas.

You Should Go To Vegas Away From These Controllers

While Sonny is away and she and “Neddie” are in the penthouse by themselves, Nina is able to ingratiate “Neddie” to herself. He feels safe with her because she isn’t trying to help him remember who he was or make him be what he doesn’t want to be. Instead, she agrees with Eddie that leaving town and making fresh starts might be the best for him, and what will make him happy.

What Nina hopes is that by going full-on into his stage persona and making a new start in Vegas instead of in Bensonhurst like he really did, he’ll totally disassociate Ned. Eddie always knew he was Ned, unlike he does now, he was leading a double life if he goes somewhere new maybe he’ll never remember and she’ll never be exposed!
