The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers document that Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) dismissed her husband’s comments about his ex-wife having no reason to lie about what she has been seeing at Forrester Creations. Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) reopened a wound when speaking about Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).

Hope, Liam, and Steffy were entangled for years. It is only recently that Liam devoted himself to Hope. But as hardcore viewers recall, that happened after Steffy had to tell him to return to Hope and marry her.

Within less than a year Liam was having children with Steffy and Hope. Kelly Spencer (Sophia Paras Mckinlay) was born first. Then, Beth Spencer (Jordyn Lynn Ariza) followed.

Liam’s self-created predicament was not easily resolved because the passion both ladies had for him was deep. Significant plot time was devoted to what could be termed Liam’s soul-searching.

The audience appeared to tire from the indecision Liam sported, along with Steffy and Hope allowing themselves to be part of what felt like a loping triangle. So, Liam returned to Hope, they married, and have been living in the cabin for a while in real-time and soap-time.

The Bold And The Beautiful Updates – Steffy Forrester Finnegan Feels Family And Business Pressure

Steffy was her brother’s greatest defender, along with Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye). However, Wood’s character dropped her defense after learning that Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) framed Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang).

Doing so caused Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) to be put into an untenable position on her long-awaited remarriage day to Ridge. Taylor’s inability to relay the information she learned about Thomas framing Brooke to Ridge before the ceremony caused that event to collapse.

But beyond supporting Thomas later realizing personal redemption, Steffy has to think about how her brother’s presence impacts Hope for the Future’s bottom line. So, she is trying to prevent Hope from destabilizing Thomas by sending mixed messages to him.

Hope Spencer Sees Rivalry Remnants

Hope was outraged when learning that Steffy told Liam about the purported flirting with Thomas. Beyond that, Steffy asserted that Hope has romantic feelings for Liam’s rival.

Thomas finds himself caught between his deserved reputation for causing trouble and not doing anything wrong since returning as HFTF’s lead designer. But he sensed Hope’s demeanor toward him had radically shifted and has been having a hard time processing what her behavior means.

There is an opportunity for Hope to benefit from Steffy’s tell to Liam. Noelle’s character can use this reality check to clear her head of all things Thomas if that is possible on B&B.
