Little People, Big World spoilers reveal that Jeremy Roloff’s fans got very upset with him after his latest post on social media. Jeremy doesn’t post as frequently as his wife, Audrey Roloff, but when he does, things can get interesting. He recently started to open up about his health and dieting, but when fans read his post, they were scared for his three children. Let’s find out why.

In his latest posts, Jeremy has been sharing more information about fasting with his fans. He made some pretty crazy claims and this has made his fans very concerned about the well-being of his kids. One of his posts read, “Concerning fasting for health, look up “autophagy”. There’s a ton of peer-reviewed research on fasting-triggered cell rejuvenation- otherwise known as autophagy. It’s pretty amazing that the body was designed to have an internal cell repair mechanism. Unfortunately, due to our gluttony (and many other factors), fasting has become a forgotten art and most people are living out of touch with the body’s natural processes.”

Of course, his fans aren’t so sure he knows anything about the medical world and just because he has done some research, it doesn’t mean that it can all be true. These last few posts have really started to bother his fans and they aren’t sure that his family is safe from all of his thoughts on fasting.

Little People, Big World Updates – Fans React

As soon as his fans saw these posts, they knew that they had to share them on Reddit. One fan wrote, “Dude seriously needs to stop going on about the benefits of fasting until he proves he himself does what he’s pushing. He’s supporting a seven-day-water-only fast, but never mentions his personal experiences.” Another wrote, “I’m scared how they’ll raise their kids.” One more added, “You cannot convince me to ANY degree that Jeremy is reading peer-reviewed research. He’s taking the words of internet ‘doctors’ who say they’ve read it. None of them have.”

Jeremy also shared a post about fasting and a so-called expert talked about how it can reduce a person’s chance of getting cancer by 70%. Of course, his fans are very skeptical about this and feel that he needs to stop sharing this kind of bogus information with them. Jeremy has yet to show fans how he fasts and diets, but will always be the one to push it. We will keep an eye on him to see if he can ever back up the claims that he makes.
