Counting On Alums Joy-Anna And Austin Forsyth Celebrate A Special Day

Counting On alums Joy-Anna Duggar and Austin Forsyth, tied the knot in 2017. Initially, they resided in a trailer when their first child, Gideon, was still a toddler. However, their primary residence now is a lovely house, while they utilize the camper for vacations. Their second child, Evelyn Mae, was born in August 2020, and just recently, they welcomed their third child, a son named Gunner. Over the weekend, they commemorated a significant occasion on a very special day.

Earlier this month, the former TLC stars welcomed their new son. He seems very cute and fans who followed the pregnancy were thrilled that everything seemed to go well. Gideon and his little sister were kept in the loop about the fact that they expected a baby and they reacted when they were told the baby would be a boy. So far, not many photos arrived of their new addition, but it’s early days yet. Luckily for their fans, they don’t have a problem sharing their children’s faces on social media, unlike her sister, Jinger Vuolo.

Counting On fans loved seeing the little kid, but some of them were a bit disappointed in his name. Joy told them that they chose the name, Gunner James Forsyth. Well, by now, die-hard fans should know that they wouldn’t think anything of including the word “gun” in a name. After all, the Duggar family keeps guns. Plus, both Joy and her husband enjoy hunting. But this week, they were not thinking about hunting, because they had something else to celebrate.

The new baby boy arrived just before Jim Bob’s daughter and Austin celebrated their wedding anniversary. Can you believe that six years have passed since they married? Recall, they only had a three-month engagement before they tied the knot at Cross Church in Rogers, Arkansas. Later, fans saw it all play out on the reality TV show. Three months after tying the knot, the news arrived that they were expecting their first child.

Some folks thought that the Counting On couple had to marry because they broke the rules of courtship. Well, whatever happened, they genuinely seem otto love each other. Often, Austin gets praised for being a great dad. So, a  lot of congrats went their way on Joy’s anniversary post this weekend. In her caption, she said, “Austin, thank you for the best 6 years of my life!💍. Happy Anniversary, my love.” Soon, Bringing Up Bates alum, Carlin Stewart, a friend of the Duggars commented, “Happy anniversary you two 🥰🥰.”

Counting On fans sent in lots of “happy anniversary” greetings. Actually, despite the cancellation of the show, they remain popular. Joy has quite a nice YouTube channel and her videos seem to be quite professional. As she also posts often on Instagram, her fans love that she shares her life with them.
