While the two are split, the mob boss still cares for his ex and holds zero animosity toward her. She’s the mother of some of his children, and he’ll help her in any way possible.

She wasn’t invited to the Millow wedding, but she has made some progress with Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen). When Willow finds out what her bio mom has done to her mother-in-law, all bets will be over around any relationship between Nina, Tait, and her kids.

Then, there’s Sonny. He’ll be mortified at what Nina’s done and there’s a good chance he will leave her. Sadly, while it does seem that Carly continually escapes any repercussions for her toxic actions, Reeves will suffer a lot when the truth comes out, making her question if the “revenge” tactic was worth it in the end.
