General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Esme Doesn’t Have Amnesia Anymore, But She Won’t Necessarily Let Anyone Know

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) has been clocked over the head during a home invasion where her son, Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay), was kidnapped. When Esme came to back at the hospital, she was furious and panicked over the whereabouts of her child. Laura Collins (Genie Francis) has done her best to calm Esme down and talk to her rationally about who might really have the baby, but Esme was convinced that Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) was behind all of it. Little does Laura know, that bump on Esme’s head served as a jolt to her system that brought back a flood of memories. As the case moves forward, Esme will remain committed to finding her son — and to keeping everyone in the dark about her recollection of her past.

General Hospital Spoilers — How Will We Know?

It’s possible that Esme is going to show her hand to us in a few different ways. We might get a glimpse of her talking to herself as she tries to reassure herself that this is going to work out the way she wants it to. However, we could also see her hop over to D’Archem to visit her birth mommy, Heather Webber (Alley Mills). If she reveals all to her mom, we’ll really get an earful. Once Esme is reunited with her baby, Ace, it’s possible she would have a chat with him — which still really serves as talking to herself — about her plans. Regardless, Esme is sure to reveal her agenda soon — but only to our fans!

General Hospital Updates – Esme Prince Isn’t Going Back to Jail if She Can Help It

First and foremost, Esme will be wary of admitting she remembers anything about the past because she knows her amnesia is what got the District Attorney to agree to drop the charges against her. Esme isn’t off scot-free, though. She’s still on the hook for the things she’s done; she just can’t be prosecuted well for them while she hasn’t any answers about her past to offer up to a jury or police. If she tells them she remembers everything, those charges will be back in a flash — and she would be back behind bars, without her baby.

The Agenda Continues

If Esme does reach out to Heather for help — which is likely since she has no other assets or connections in Port Charles that are warm to her more sinister side — Heather would certainly welcome her with open arms. Working together, they’re likely to make targets out of a few people. Esme would absolutely want to make Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Chavez) pay for the way she believes he treated her when he duped her into thinking he cared. Paying him back by doing the same to him and pretending she’s a changed woman just might be the best revenge.

Esme won’t let Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) off the hook, either, and Heather might have her own plans in mind for the girl who got her baby thrown in lock-up. However, the biggest target will become Laura Collins (Genie Francis). This might present an interesting fork in the road, because Esme could genuinely be coming to like Laura and feel accepted by her. That will make for tough times ahead since Heather hates her more than ever for being a mother to her daughter when she couldn’t be.
