Xander is still living in the motel he and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) shared. Why shouldn’t Xander live in a better place?

Xander’s motel is a roach-infested dump. Xander deserves to have a nice home and Chloe could use the company. Moving in together is a win-win for Xander and Chloe because they can get to know each other better with this arrangement as well. Chloe and Xander may decide that they like cohabitating now that neither has a significant other.
