General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) isn’t doing so hot with managing her feelings toward Carly Spencer (Laura Wright). Each time that fury creeps up inside of her and she wants to retaliate against Carly for trying to keep yet another daughter from her, Nina reminds herself how important it is to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) that they keep the peace in his family. But what about what is important to Nina? When Ava Jerome Cassadine (Maura West) reminds Nina that she holds immense power to get the revenge and justice she seeks while also eliminating Carly from Sonny’s orbit, it might be too tempting to cast to the side any longer.

General Hospital Spoilers — Nina Reeves Can’t Stand Sharing Family with Carly Spencer

Nina is trying to remain grateful that she even has another chance at a mother-daughter relationship, but she is so tired of sharing a family with Carly. Finding out too late that Nelle Benson Jerome (Chloe Lanier) was her daughter left Nina with only one familial connection to her — her biological son, Wiley Corinthos (Viron Weaver). Being cut out of Wiley’s life while Carly gets to remain the only doting grandmother in it is so painful for Nina. Although she wouldn’t take back the opportunity to fall in love with Sonny, she also has to share him with Carly, since she is the mother of some of his children. She’s also sharing her daughter, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), whom Carly holds dear like a daughter herself. Nina is tired of sharing her space and loved ones with Carly and wants her out of the picture.

Ava is going to come along and remind her bestie that she holds all the power necessary to see to it that Carly goes away for a very long time. Still, Nina is hesitating. She knows it wouldn’t be the right thing to do to take Carly away from the people who love her, especially Wiley. She knows Sonny would never approve of her decision and he could never find out or they would certainly be over. She knows Michael and Willow would ice her out of their lives for good if they knew she was even considering it. That’s not going to stop Ava from pushing her to do it though, which makes little sense from Ava’s point of view since her own daughter, Avery Corinthos (Grace Scarola), loves Carly so much.

Nina Reeves Pulls the Trigger On Carly Spencer’s Future — And Her Own

Despite all of the warning signs and her own instincts telling her not to do it, Nina is going to report Carly and Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) to the SEC. When the police and federal agents come knocking at Carly’s door, she’s going to assume Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) was behind it all.

That theory will only hold up for so long as he continues to insist he’s not unhappy that it happened, but he hadn’t pulled that trigger himself. Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) is going to believe him, and she’s going to think back on who else might have come into this information, making a special note of Nina in her mind.
