Alexis would absolutely hide something like this from her own daughters, though she would probably let her closest friends in on it, knowing that she would need support. She just might chastise Gregory for attempting to go at this alone without anyone in his corner. Further, she’s going to champion the cause of being there for him in every way she possibly can, which just might feel suffocating to Gregory — who hasn’t asked for her help. Alexis really doesn’t have much room to talk because Gregory has taken a page right from her book.

General Hospital Updates – Alexis Davis Is Torn

While she doesn’t have any attachments to Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard), Alexis is close friends with Finn. In fact, she was friends and even lovers with him long before she ever knew his dad or befriended him. Alexis knows how to keep a secret, but that doesn’t mean she’s comfortable doing it. When Gregory makes it clear that he has no intention of telling his sons about his health for a long time, Alexis is going to sound like she’s on their side of the fence more so than his. This might leave Gregory feeling like she can’t trust her, and Alexis wondering if she really wants to forsake her friendship with Finn over this.

Gregory Chase Isn’t Just A Friend

The real question at hand is going to be how Alexis feels about Gregory. She may not agree with what he’s doing, and that’ll give her a lot of room to berate him and hyper-focus on what he’s doing wrong while completely ignoring how she is impacted by this. Yes, the idea of Gregory dying is going to have a profound effect on Alexis, and we know she’s not great at bouncing back after the death of the men she loves.
