The Bold And The Beautiful (B&B) Spoilers: Hope Pays Steep Thomas Price, Steffy Cuts Line?

The Bold and The Beautiful (B&B) spoilers and updates tease that Hope Logan Spencer (Annika Noelle) could pay a steep price for Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) firing. Even though Hope wasn’t totally responsible for that, her “Hope For The Future” line has proven less profitable without him, and Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline Macinnes Wood) may make tough choices.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Douglas Forrester’s Decision Creates Tension

Douglas Forrester’s (Henry Joseph Samiri) decision to live with Steffy rather than Hope or Thomas has created some tension between the Forresters, Logans, and Spencers, although it’s a temporary situation. Douglas simply loves both Thomas and Hope and didn’t want to hurt either’s feelings so he picked Aunt Steffy, even though she was just his witness. She and John “Finn” Finnegan (Tanner Novlan) have the room, and they certainly don’t mind caring for him for the time being-the judge will likely write up a temporary agreement.

That being said, Thomas’ previous firing from Forrester Creations was a board decision, and neither Hope or Steffy could hire him back if they wanted to. That’s up to Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) who is currently out of town and unavailable, he’s not even dialing it in; Thomas will appeal to Eric Forrester, (John McCook) however.

The Bold And The Beautiful Updates – Tension Carries Over To Work

The tension at home cannot help but carry over to work when it’s a family business, and Steffy can make decisions to add or cut lines of business in Ridge’s absence. She just can’t overrule the board of directors, only Ridge or possibly Eric in his absence might be able to although most likely Eric won’t bite at Thomas’ hook. One thing is certain-“Hope For The Future” may not have any hope for the future without their star designer, and that’s Thomas; even Zende Dominguez (Delon de Metz) can’t measure up.

Steffy may be forced to make the difficult decision to cut the now unprofitable line, and put the business’ money into more profitable endeavors. She’s pinch hitting for her father in important decisions like that, although she says she cannot rehire Thomas even if she wanted to-Hope may take it personally.

No Line, No Job

Without her fashion line, Hope has no job and even though Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) makes plenty of money at Spencer Publications, they’re still living in a cabin. They don’t seem to have any inclination to move up in the world, as far as living arrangements are concerned, but that leaves Hope without her heart and soul. This could launch a renewed war between Hope and Steffy, which could strain Brooke Logan’s (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Taylor Hayes’ (Krista Allen) friendship.

Brooke and Hope will band together for Douglas, but if Steffy in effect fires Hope by cutting her fashion line that could ramp up tensions between them as well. It won’t help Douglas’ little heart either, no matter how hard they try to protect him.
