General Hospital Spoilers: Finn and Elizabeth Make Peace!

General Hospital spoilers tease that Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) and Dr. Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton) ended their relationship based on a lie. Elizabeth had gotten involved with Nikolas Cassadine’s (Marcus Coloma) schemes. Nikolas had taken Esme Prince (Avery Kristen Pohl) captive at Wyndemere. But Esme was also pregnant with Nikolas’ baby so Nikolas recruited Elizabeth to use her nursing skills to care for Esme.

Even though it went against her better judgment, Elizabeth agreed to help Nikolas. She did this because she believed that Esme was the Hook, a serial killer. Nikolas didn’t want his baby born in prison so Elizabeth agreed to help. Unfortunately, Finn found Elizabeth with prenatal vitamins and in order to hide the truth about Esme, she lied that she was pregnant with Nikolas’ baby instead of Esme. Of course, this ended their relationship.

This was merely the final straw in their relationship. For months prior to this, Elizabeth had memory flashes from her childhood of a woman falling down a flight of stairs. When Elizabeth finally placed the woman, it turned out that she was Finn’s wife. Elizabeth’s father had an affair years ago and Elizabeth caught them. She confronted Finn’s wife and she accidentally caused her to fall. Finn’s wife later died as a result of her injuries. Finn never knew about his wife’s affair in all these years?

General Hospital Spoilers – Elizabeth Webber will confess all to Hamilton Finn!

Elizabeth is tired of being used by Nikolas. She also regrets lying to Finn and letting their relationship die because of it. Elizabeth will finally decide to tell Finn that she wasn’t pregnant with Nikolas’ baby. She will also confess that it was Esme she was taking care of. This is a criminal act and it’s possible that Finn could have Elizabeth arrested. But more than likely, the truth will give them closure and allow them to move on with their lives. Elizabeth and Finn will always be family, they just can’t seem to make it work as a couple.
