Stefan had been married to Gabi in the past. Stefan had nearly been killed but he had been saved by Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton). Stefan had wanted to reunite with Gabi. Stefan was unable to get back with Gabi because Gabi’s husband Li Shin (Remington Shin) wanted to keep Stefan from her. Li wanted Dr. Rolf to brainwash Stefan to forget his feelings for Gabi and want to be with Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin). Gabi has been determined to get Stefan to remember his true feelings for her.

Gabi was able to get Dr. Rolf to reverse the programming that he had done to Stefan. Gabi had hoped that Stefan would forget his feelings for Chloe but Stefan still has feelings for Chloe. Stefan has remembered that he loves Gabi. Stefan wants to reconnect with Gabi and wants to start to date her. Stefan may decide that he wants to take Gabi out on date.

Gabi had been devastated that Stefan had rejected her. Gabi was stunned that Stefan had wanted to be with Chloe. Gabi found out that Li had gotten Dr. Rolf to brainwash Stefan. Gabi had been determined to get Dr. Rolf to help Stefan to remember his love for her.

Gabi had taken drastic steps to get Dr. Rolf to deprogram Stefan. Gabi has been grateful that Dr. Rolf was able to help Stefan to remember his true feelings for her but she knows that Stefan still wants to be with Chloe. Gabi will be excited that Stefan wants to go out on a date with her. Gabi may believe that she has a chance to get Stefan to want to be with her instead of Chloe.
