The Bold and The Beautiful (B&B) spoilers and updates tease that Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) may say goodbye to Taylor Hayes (Krista Allen) as their children fume! Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) and Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jacqueline Macinnes Wood) worked hard to bring their parents together, Thomas a little too hard, but they’ll still be upset at Ridge’s choice.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Ridge Forrester Lied

Ridge had insisted his reuniting with Taylor and wanting to remarry her had nothing to do with the CPS call Thomas manipulated to sound like Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang). But when it was exposed, Ridge’s lie to himself and Taylor was also exposed-he rushed from his wedding to make amends with Brooke! Thomas knew what his father would do, and that’s why he faked the call and didn’t want to expose the secret, even though Ridge swore he loved Taylor.

Ridge simply moped over Brooke way too much to really have been making a commitment to Taylor even though he swore he was. Taylor knew to expect the waffling to continue and that’s why she almost bought Bill Spencer’s (Don Diamont) house in Aspen to make a new start.

The Bold And The Beautiful Updates – Soul Searching Before Starting Over

Both Ridge and Taylor are on soul-searching trips separately, before starting over in any way, shape, or manner. Brooke told Ridge she was tired of the back and forth between her and Taylor, and she didn’t automatically take him back, shocking Ridge, who took for granted she would. Both women are tired of the back and forth and found common ground in that before Taylor left on her trip, Ridge will have to make a true commitment. Taylor has some regrets she didn’t tell Ridge what she learned about the CPS call before the wedding, but she was afraid he’d run to Brooke. Ridge should give her a little grace on that, especially considering he was lying to himself about his commitment to her, all he looked at was the “lie” of omission.

Ridge Forrester May Decide “Destiny”

Ridge may well return and decide again that Brooke is his “destiny” and say goodbye to Taylor forever, that is if Brooke believes his commitment. It would serve him right for both women to put him on probation and make him prove who he wants and stick to it. But chances are he’ll decide on Brooke, which will make Steffy and Thomas fume, knowing he’s stepping back into a toxic relationship.

But if that’s who he chooses and Brooke takes him back, Taylor, Steffy, and Thomas will just have to live with his decision, unwise or not. Taylor’s own eyes may be opened afresh to Ridge’s waffling ways, and when true love comes her way, she’ll be ready.
