The Young And The Restless (Y&R) Spoilers: Passion Erupts As Sally And Adam Reconnect

The Young and The Restless (Y&R) spoilers and updates tease that passion will erupt as Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) reconnect. Sally’s a mess of mixed emotions after Adam’s proposal on the heels of committing to Nick Newman (Josh Morrow) and she barely knows which end is up.

The Young And The Restless Spoilers – Sally Spectra is Taken Aback

Sally’s had so much happen to her lately, more bad than good with her sudden firing, along with Chloe Mitchell (Elizabeth Hendrickson) from Newman Media. Nick had worked hard to convince his sister, Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) to keep Sally at her post, which would have ensured Chloe’s continued employment as well. Unfortunately, Nick could not convince Victoria, and Sally was still trying to move her things out of the office when Victoria brought Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) in.

Quite frankly, Sally is overwhelmed and frustrated, and ready to blow her cork! And when Adam encounters her in Society and asks how she is, she blows it all over him.

The Young And The Restless Updates – Not Doing So Well Lately

Adam is probably the last person Sally wants to see, at least outwardly, but she’ll tell him she’s not been doing so well lately. Adam already knows that she got booted from Newman, and had reached out previously to see if he could put a good word in at Jabot or Marchetti. Sally has a short fuse and as the conversation progresses, she blows her top and lets a tirade loose, but in the midst of it lets slip her true feelings. Adam manages to restrain himself from “I told you so” but he does tell her they belong together. Sally had meant to vent her feelings for Adam only to finish getting him out of her system but it backfires on her royally, instead bringing them all to the surface.

Let’s Take This Private

After Sally’s outburst and the torrent of inner feelings spill all over Adam, he suggests they should take their conversation somewhere private. “Private” winds up being her hotel suite, and once there, things really start roaring back for her and passion erupts between them. They could even wind up in bed, which could put Sally in an awkward position having just slept with Nick too, it’s possible a who’s the daddy storyline is ahead.

This could also complicate Adam’s side of things, since Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) also needs Adam’s support, although Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) seems to be closer now. Sally’s great with Adam and Chelsea’s son Connor Newman (Judah Mackey) and he really likes her – who knows where this could lead?
