Noah didn’t show emotion to Audra other than saying he was sorry when she told him about going through a miscarriage alone in London after he dumped her. He had told her that the relationship was toxic and he had to get out before he went crazy. That absolutely was why he left London and a flourishing career to come back home to Genoa City.

But he did grieve the loss of a child that was his, that he never knew about until now. She recently told him about that detail and he knows his parents need to know; he first sets up a time with his mom.

Noah meets Sharon at Crimson Lights, and as the two sit down at a table after closing time he confides what happened with Audra and about the miscarriage. He tells his mother he just found out about the baby, and he had no idea before he broke up with Audra in London, explaining the relationship had been toxic. Apparently Audra hadn’t known she was pregnant either at the point of their breakup, and he may have made different situations if he had known. Sharon assures him that a toxic relationship would not have been a good environment in which to raise a child, although perhaps co-parenting may have worked. She comforts him in his grief for his miscarried child.

Dad To Almost Dad

Next Noah gets together with his dad and explains the truth of what happened in London with Audra, and what he found out about recently. After Nick hears how obsessive Audra was and it sounds like still is, he empathizes with Noah’s grief over the miscarriage but can’t help but wonder if her confession was real. Noah assures Nick he had thought about that too, but if Audra was lying about the baby she was really good at acting with her grief.

There is a chance that Audra made up the miscarriage as a ploy for sympathy and attention from Noah, ANY kind of attention. Nick notes Noah could ask for proof of the pregnancy, but there really wouldn’t be a point to do so this many years after it happened.
