General Hospital (GH) Spoilers: Will Portia’s Secret Cost Her Curtis?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease the end is near for Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner). The newly engaged couple has only recently purchased a lakeside mansion together. As wedding plans began flowing through Portia’s mind, reality came calling recently to announce Curtis was erroneously still married to his ex, Police Commissioner Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper).

General Hospital Spoilers – Portia Robinson Worries

Jordan has grown suspicious upon finding out Portia was looking into genetic testing for her daughter Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) behind her back. As it turns out, learning Curtis’ father Marshall Ashford (Robert Gossett) was diagnosed with Schizophrenia rattled Portia, who has presumably always known Marcus Taggart (Réal Andrews) wasn’t Trina’s real father.

Instead, Curtis fathered Trina during a fleeting affair he had with Portia in which he was clueless she was married. As Portia seeks to consult with genetic specialists and come to grips with the potential that her own daughter could be at predisposed risk for Schizophrenia, her whole world unravels around her, including her future with her fiancé, Curtis.

General Hospital Updates – Seeking Comfort

In the days that follow Curtis’ dramatic exit from Portia’s life, he will feel heartbroken and betrayed. The former PI won’t jump right into bed with his ex, Jordan, but he will certainly find himself back in her orbit as a friend.

In the weeks prior, Curtis will have accused Jordan of intentionally delaying the dissolution of their marriage by tossing the divorce papers, only to find it was his aunt, Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) who stole them. In an effort to smooth things over and play nice again, Curtis will want to start reinforcing his friendship with Jordan again by letting her know how sorry he was.

Curtis will also spend some time reflecting on Jordan’s behavior. While she suspected Portia was keeping a secret, she had no idea what it was. The revelation that Curtis is actually Trina’s father will rock Jordan to her core, and she will immediately know Curtis has to be clued in. It will be Jordan’s passion to make sure Curtis isn’t kept in the dark which will lead him to see her in a new light.

Losing Curtis Ashford

As Curtis begins to see how desperate Jordan was to protect him from getting hurt again, by preventing him from going forward with another marriage to another woman who was lying to him, he will develop a soft spot for Jordan in his heart all over again.
