Days Of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers and updates tease that Ken Corday, the sudser’s executive producer, opened up about the move to Peacock. Fans have a lot of questions, but Corday assured viewers that the daytime drama would be better.

“It’s still going to be the same DAYS that you know and love and it will be better,” Corday assured the fans of Days Of Our Lives.

“It’s very exciting. This was baked into the last contract when we were renewed in 2021. The network always had the right to migrate the show exclusively to Peacock and now they’ve decided to do so, and we’re excited,” he continued.

“The bottom line is, this is the future. Whether people believe it now, or in a year or two, this is the future of first-run dramatic television. Let’s just hope the migration is wonderful and our loyal viewers stick with us and subscribe,” he added.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – What Can Fans Expect After The Move?

Corday shared that the move of the show was significantly affected by the success of the first and second chapters of Beyond Salem. He also teased more show content next year. Not only that, fans can opt to have minimal to no commercial time, depending on their Peacock subscription.

With the network, the sudser had 38 minutes of air time while the commercial time got 22 minutes. The move to Peacock allowed the sudser to minimize and even totally eliminate the commercial time so viewers could concentrate on the show for a longer time per episode.

What about international viewers? They can still watch the show since it will be distributed by Sony Pictures Television across the globe. He also talked about those who thought that the show was canceled.

He explained that it’s the beginning and not the end of an ear. He delights in his job because he gets to make significant changes while making sure that things remain in a positive perspective.

Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) will be shocked when Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) wakes up while he’s performing his brainwashing procedure. The latter wants questions and he’ll start to ask Dr. Rolf what happened to him.

Stefan will find a way to escape Dr. Rolf and tries to find Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus). However, reuniting with his wife won’t be easy.
