Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers and updates tease that it’s been a rough time in the lives of both Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) and Dr. Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams). Allie has spent the last several weeks possessed by the devil and almost stole Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) and Ciara Brady’s (Victoria Konefal) baby. Allie and Tripp broke up before that but Tripp still loved Allie. And he proved that by offering to let the Devil take his body. But Tripp fought back and threw himself off the roof, even though it killed him. But thanks to Divine Intervention in the form of Bo Brady (Peter Reckell), Tripp was returned to life!

Once Tripp returns look for a long conversation between the exes. Tripp obviously still loves Allie and was ready to give up his life for hers. This will certainly mean quite a bit to Allie. But the reason they broke up in the first place was that Allie slept with Chanel DuPris (Raven Bowens) while they were together. Can Tripp get past what happened with Chanel? And does Allie still have feelings for Tripp? Allie realizes after she and the trip broke up that she is bisexual, which is the reason she was with Chanel in the first place!

Even if Allie wanted to reunite with Chanel, Chanel may have other plans. Now that she shows that Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) was also possessed when he dumped her and that he still loves her, Chanel may return to her husband. Although Allie has feelings for Chanel, she will certainly want both Johnny and Chanel to be happy after everything they’ve gone through. And she may just see Tripp in a new light after everything he did for her. Chances are that Tripp and Allie might be able to make a relationship work!
