Days of Our Lives viewers will recall that Eli and Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) recently teamed up to check TR out in-depth and see exactly how much of a changed man he is! Days of Our Lives viewers will recall when TR first talked to Paulina he told her he regretted how he’d treated her in the past and that he was a changed man, even claiming he’d gotten religion. He wants to be a part of their daughter Lani Grant’s (Sal Stowers) life, but she wants nothing to do with him; of course, Eli has gotten involved since he’s Lani’s husband. He’s been aware of many prisoners claiming the same change within, but you know the old saying, “there are no atheists in foxholes?” Neither Eli nor Paulina is buying that until they can find some conclusive proof, even if Eli has to do a criminal background check on him!

Days of Our Lives viewers can expect that Eli will indeed find something because he will have something to confront TR about, likely as the result of looking into his past! Days of Our Lives viewers know that Eli would not want to leave any box unchecked in his list of things to look for, whether they be outstanding warrants, past convictions, prison time, or past police investigations. More than likely, since TR has gotten into movie promotion and investing, and producing movies Eli checked for porn movies and the like in his past as well, and he certainly wouldn’t want a pornographer around his family! Days of Our Lives viewers can expect that Eli has found something very serious in TR’s past because the two of them get into an extremely dangerous and explosive confrontation! Eli could have found some outstanding warrants related to TR’s filmmaking – perhaps he made some porn movies with underage actors and that would make him even more dangerous in Eli’s eyes!

Eli Grant And TR Coates’ Confrontation Becomes Physical

Days of Our Lives viewers can expect that Eli and TR’s confrontation may become very ugly and very physical because in a later episode Lani and Valerie Grant (Vanessa A. Williams) have something to be very worried about! Days of Our Lives viewers know that Eli’s mother wouldn’t come to Salem if there wasn’t a very serious situation going on with Eli!

It sounds like it may be a life or death situation, and if there wasn’t anything Coates could be arrested for previously, there certainly would be now, if he was the one who possibly beat Eli within an inch of his life! Coates could have pulled a gun on him and gone on the run as well – whatever happens, Eli suffers very serious and very likely life-threatening injuries!
