The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Brooke Forrester Was Tricked By Sheila Carter But Doesn’t Realize It

Viewers of The Bold and The Beautiful know that the night that Brooke fell off the wagon, she’d been tricked into it by Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) but didn’t realize it. Brooke’s life went from a bumpy road to an out-of-control roller coaster and finally into a dumpster fire in one fell swoop after she thought she was drinking non-alcoholic champagne but it was the real thing! Viewers of The Bold and The Beautiful will remember she woke up in bed with Deacon Sharpe, (Sean Kanan) not remembering if anything physical happened or not, but suspecting it! Then she found a text from Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) and realized his arrival home was imminent and rushed to clean up any evidence and gave Deacon the bum’s rush while she was at it!

The Bold And The Beautiful Updates – Brooke Forrester Struggles With Her Alcoholism

Longtime viewers of The Bold and The Beautiful will remember that Brooke is an alcoholic and had been sober for many years! A devastated Brooke likely blames Deacon for getting her drunk and taking advantage, even though by the time he arrived back to pick up his phone she was already too drunk to remember. Viewers of The Bold and The Beautiful know that he also fell off the sobriety wagon that night, and one thing had led to another; Deacon likely feels guilty as well for not doing what he should have! He knows he should have taken the bottle away from Brooke and gotten her some good strong coffee instead of contributing further to the problem! Brooke also continues to struggle with whether to lie or whether, to tell the truth to Ridge, as she also struggles to keep away from alcohol!

Brooke Forrester Also Struggles With Shame But Confesses

Viewers of The Bold and The Beautiful can imagine that Brooke is also struggling with shame, and not only for what may have happened between her and Deacon in the bedroom-she honestly doesn’t even remember! Brooke is also unnecessarily struggling with shame for falling into temptation with alcohol, to begin with; having had no idea whatsoever that she had been drinking the real thing instead of non-alcoholic champagne!

Viewers of The Bold and The Beautiful know that Sheila’s stunt as well as Sheila herself so badly needs to be exposed; Brooke also needs to know that she didn’t intentionally fall off the wagon! Once again, Brooke has become an unknowing victim of Sheila’s twisted scheming and plotting while Sheila sits back and snickers, knowing that she’s ruined Brooke’s life again! It is difficult for Brooke to move past her shame and guilt, but she confesses to Ridge and her daughter Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) that after all those years, she had messed up on New Year’s Eve and broke her sobriety!
