The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers and updates tease that Heather Tom who plays Katie Logan on the CBS soap has grown up in front of the camera. She began her daytime career as Victoria Newman on B&B’s sister soap The Young and the Restless. She was cast as a 14-year old and has come to think of her onscreen kin as family.

She’s had so many wonderful experiences over the years that when Soap Opera Digest asked her to name a favorite, it was impossible!

She was able to break her faves down into categories starting with being a Logan sister. Heather says that getting to work with onscreen sisters Jennifer Gareis (Donna Logan) and Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke Logan) is awesome. She says all three ladies enjoy a sisterly bond off-screen as well: “Being a part of that trio is really special … we already have our history as characters so when we are in a scene we can just have fun.”

And then there is Katie’s relationship with Dollar Bill Spencer (Don Diamont). She says, “I find him very funny and I love that he cares so much.”

She spills that her best scene partner from the past was Susan Flannery (Stephanie Forrester). “I love a woman who doesn’t let you get away with any s***,” she said.

Who was her favorite guest star? Patrick Duffy, someone who she watched on the primetime classic soap Dallas.

What Happens Next On The CBS Soap

When it comes to plot twists she mentions being blown away by her brother shooting himself so he could give her his heart. Now that is brotherly love. Katie was unwell and needed a heart transplant. Her brother Storm (William deVry) took matters into his own hands, literally and made sure his sister had a chance to live—at the expense of his own death.

Then there is the current Katie plot, which she didn’t see coming. Will Katie and Carter hook up? Carter Walton (Lawrence Saint-Victor) are both coming off of failed romance. Katie with Bill and Carter with Quinn Forrester (Rena Sofer). If misery loves company, these two have an explosive and steamy hookup on the horizon!
