General Hospital (GH) spoilers and updates tease that Hurricane BLQ (Amanda Setton) could be set to shake things up in Port Charles soon, now that a scary story twist turns out to have a happy ending.

It looked like Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) was a goner and for days everyone said their goodbyes. Lo, and behold he roared back to life and this changes everything in a drastic way.

General Hospital Spoilers – Harrison Chase Married Before He Didn’t Die

Chase was the victim of mistaken identity and drank poison meant for his brother Hamilton Finn (Michael Easton). Luckily Finn is the premier infectious disease doctor on the eastern seaboard and he alone could find a cure for Chase even though it technically was outside his area of expertise.

Chase was a strong cop but he had been reduced to a weak-muscled hospital-bound ghost of his previous self. As he began to deteriorate he began to focus on his ex Willow. She was in love with someone else but the worse Chase became the more he clung to Willow like a human life preserver.

General Hospital Updates – Willow Tait Married Harrison Chase

Willow and Chase were once a couple so there was a closeness there and she decided to marry Chase to make his final days happy and complete. He perked up but was still dying. Willow was conflicted but selfless and in the end, she married Chase who promptly code blued. That looked to be the end of it, but miracle of miracles Finn made the right antidote at the last minute.

He gave it to Chase who did a 180 and now is back on the road to health. Oops, Willow is in a fake marriage and she really loves Michael Quartermaine (Chad Duell).

Brook Lynn Quartermaine Has A Friendship With Harrison Chase

What happens when BLQ realizes she loves Chase? Will the frank and direct character spill the beans about Michael and Willow? If so Chase would be heartbroken and may blame BLQ for his wrecked life. This would not endear her to him, but could it eventually lead to the path of happiness and maybe marriage? Chase, Willow, and Michael have a history of deception with each other and this is just a continuation of a pattern that began a long time ago.

If BLQ blurts out the truth, the repercussion could be huge. Will Chase have to arrest her (again) for her role in the baby Louise scandal? Or will he fall in love with her instead?
