This may be revealed in future episodes of The Bold And The Beautiful as Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes) is heartbroken to learn he’s moved on!

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Carter Walton And Quinn Forrester Bonded Over Lost Loves

Viewers of The Bold and The Beautiful will recall that Carter and Quinn bonded over lost loves – well, sort of lost. Carter broke up with Zoe Buckingham after she had made a huge mistake on the night before they were to have been married. Zoe lost out when she thought she was more attracted to Zende Dominguez (Delon deMetz) and tried to get him in bed the night before her wedding to Carter. These things have a way of getting back to people, and Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) who also happens to be Carter’s best friend walked in on the attempted seduction and told Carter! Carter was hurt, betrayed, and hasn’t trusted Zoe since.

For Quinn’s part, she hasn’t lost Eric Forrester (John McCook) but in name only – as viewers of The Bold and The Beautiful will recall from more recent episodes, Eric can’t trust Quinn, and for good reason. He has lost his attraction to her and she was sex-hungry, and she and Carter wound up in bed with each other after talking about deeply personal things that shouldn’t be discussed between a single man and a woman who is legally unavailable! Quinn claimed to be vulnerable when she confessed her one night sin with Carter to her best friend Shauna Fulton (Denise Richards) but Carter truly was vulnerable. He couldn’t believe he let himself go that far.

The Bold And The Beautiful Updates – Carter Walton Is Ripe For Rebound

Viewers of The Bold and The Beautiful will remember that Zoe had been the first girlfriend that Carter had in years since Maya Avant (Karla Mosley) left town. Zoe really broke his heart, and Carter has been basically ripe for the picking. Zoe has been working with Quinn to get Carter back, which is why Quinn went to his loft, to begin with. Viewers of The Bold and The Beautiful know that to say that backfired is the understatement of the century, given that Quinn wound up in bed with Carter instead!

Viewers will have noticed in recent episodes how uncomfortable Quinn felt when Zoe asked for an update the morning after when Quinn arrived at work late. Carter has kept it together in the office, but also feels very guilty not because of his past relationship with Zoe, but because of his relationship with Eric, which also would potentially affect his relationship with Ridge!

However, Carter is also ripe for a rebound, and usually, a man does not bond deeply with a woman in a platonic manner to the point of telling her his innermost secrets, although sometimes it does happen. Quinn lent Carter a comforting shoulder but also an understanding heart, because of the rejection she feels from Eric. A bond created from the empathy of another’s romantic rejection usually becomes a rebound relationship, and it certainly does appear that Carter is falling for Quinn!
