Days of Our Lives Gwen came to Salem for the sole purpose of ruining her sister Abby’s life. Gwen was extremely jealous of Abby because Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) raised Abby. Gwen’s mother was paid to keep Gwen a secret. However, Gwen blamed Jack who did not know of her existence. Gwen drugged Abby and made her think she was crazy before Abby sought help from a doctor in Florida. Abby came home just in time to waylay Gwen’s plan, at least for a little while. However, that did not stop Gwen from sleeping with Chad Dimera (Billy Flynn) and getting pregnant by him.

Days of Our Lives Abby hates Gwen after everything she has done to her. Gwen even killed Abby’s grandmother who paid her mother to stay away. Gwen sleeping with Chad and gloating about it was the breaking point.

However, Laura Horton’s (Jaime Lyn Bauer) death was the point of no return. Abby wanted Gwen to get rid of her baby because it was an accident. Abby didn’t push Gwen down the stairs but Abby is not upset that the baby is gone. Abby doesn’t want someone else interfering in her marriage. Gwen and her baby was a threat that Abby didn’t need.

Days of Our Lives Gwen had already lost the baby when she fell down the stairs. Chances are that Gwen was coming to tell Chad about the baby’s death when she and Abby fought. Dr. Snyder was the one who told Gwen that her baby was dead. However, the doctor cannot tell anyone about the baby. Dr. Snyder knows that Gwen is using this to her advantage and urges her to tell the truth. Will Dr. Snyder find a way to let Chad know that Gwen is lying? Could Chad accidentally see Gwen’s order for the procedure he scheduled at the hospital?
