The Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers and updates tease that Hope Spencer (Annika Noelle) is bound to learn part of the truth. But that’s not in doubt. Instead, how she learns what Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) did will be the reveal.

Liam told himself, in a rarely heard Clifton voice-over, that he had to keep another secret from her. Telling Hope about how he thinks Vincent Walker (Joe LoCicero) died isn’t an option.

Yes, the use of the word thinks implies that being hit by his car was the final, but not the only factor that caused Vinny’s death. That additional plot point would likely come after Liam’s reveal.

The Bold And The Beautiful Spoilers – Repairing Lope One Step At A Time

Hope rightly believes that she’s had enough time to process Liam’s moral crime. He broke their marriage vows. So, she needed to consider if love and forgiveness were enough to overcome that betrayal.

There is no doubt in Hope’s mind that Liam is sorry for what he did. She’s decided that the unique circumstances, which included her plastic doppelganger (and Noelle’s great turn as that mannequin), fueled Liam’s actions and can be forgiven.

So, inviting him back to the cabin is the next step in restoring Lope. That would be true if Liam believed in family healing.

Like Hope, Liam is trying to process everything that’s happened in his life in recent months. In a short span of time, he thought Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) was involved in a relationship with his wife, that Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) might be carrying his next child, and that he’s killed the man who rigged needed paternity test results.

Stomaching all of the above wasn’t possible, which is a reason why Liam is experiencing daytime delusions and nightmares. His psyche is racked with guilt, which doesn’t seem likely to evaporate anytime soon.

Hope’s offer to reconcile represents Liam’s intended elixir. Family connection and support will help him heal, or so he wants to believe.

The Bold And The Beautiful Updates – Open Acknowledgment Or Cliffhanger Shocker?

Liam could easily detail the car accident while he’s sleeping or experience another waking-hours vision. Hope will learn what happened if she is present in either instance.

But B&B can take the clever route and have Thomas determine what Liam is hiding, as that would be similar to how Atkinson’s character unmasked what Vinny did with the paternity test.

Alternatively, Hope could overhear Liam, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont), or both talking about that night in Bel Air, Los Angeles, California. Then, the screen goes dark, ending another great cliffhanger episode.
