He is estranged from the Kiriakis clan, has no access to the family fortune, is unemployed, and barely can pay for his booze and room.

Chanel demands a divorce and can’t believe she wasted her time with Xander. She really thought he was the CEO of Titan and all his credit cards worked. However, Xander had to give her the brutal truth. Chanel wants a divorce so she can sucker some other Salemite. Meanwhile, Abe Carver (James Reynolds) gives Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) the 411 on Xander’s past. This horrifies Paulina and she becomes convinced that her daughter is in danger.

Xander Kiriakis Has Conditions

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Chanel is basically going to be held hostage by Xander. He might not lock her in a cage or tie her up, but he knows how to get his point across. Knowing that Chanel’s mother is loaded, Xander thinks he has solved his financial crisis. Of course, with Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) gone, there is nothing preventing Xander from going back to his evil ways.

The only way he will release Chanel aka give her a divorce is if he gets victims restitution. He wants money and lots of it. This forces Chanel to make a decision.

Chanel started out thinking she was the queen of con artists. In the end, the player will get played. She tried messing with the big boys and ends up finding out it’s nothing to play around with. Will Paulina pay the price to have her daughter returned safely? Or does she have something else in mind?

One thing about Paulina is she might have spoiled Chanel, but you don’t mess with her family. That is when her claws come out and Xander better prays he can escape Paulina’s wrath unscathed. Who do you think will win this battle and will it teach Chanel a valuable lesson? Could it turn her around and more importantly, will it bring the mother and daughter back together again? We will have to keep watching the NBC soap to see how this story ends.
