Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers reveal that Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) won’t make it home again. This has happened several times since he left for the Congo. Even though Nicole Walker Brady (Arianne Zucker) has tried to be strong, it’s not about being alone. She has dealt with so much without Eric’s support. She could realize that waiting around for Eric isn’t really living.

Eric Brady Cancels Last-Minute

DOOL spoilers reveal that Eric is supposed to come home. Nicole has gone through this before, gotten all excited, only to have something happen at the last minute. However, Eric assures her that it’s really happening this time and nothing is going to keep them apart. Eric has never intentionally lied to Nicole before and she believes he will keep his word. However, she ends up getting bad news, which is probably that he’s not going to be able to make it after all.

DOOL Spoilers: Finally Falls Apart

It is teased that during the week of February 1, Nicole gets bad news and Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) is there to offer her comfort. Even though “Ericole’ have only been apart a few months, soap time is different from real-world time. Plus, they were just married when Eric left for the Congo, which is something neither of them planned on happening. Not to mention that Nicole is never alone for very long and everything she’s had to endure by herself these past few months.

Too Much Drama And Not Enough Support

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Nicole has gone through a lot of drama by herself. Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) got involved in Allie Horton’s (Lindsay Arnold) decision to give her baby up for adoption. It got out of control and Sami schemed to make sure the baby went to the person she wanted to raise him. There was a court battle, Allie ran away from the hospital and abandoned her newborn without even giving him a name. Then there was the constant bickering between Sami and Nicole.

After that, Nicole learned that Allie was raped and Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams) was blamed. Let’s not forget that the baby was kidnapped and Allie tried to shoot off Tripp’s family jewels, but ended up being threatened by Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) instead.

After what seemed like forever, we finally discovered that Tripp has a secret half-brother named Charlie Dale (Mike Manning), who was Allie’s real rapist. Next, Nicole is going to deal with her former lover and close friend being shot. Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) will fight for his life and Nicole will have to deal with this without Eric being around to be her support system.

Nicole could realize that just waiting around for Eric to come home isn’t really living any kind of life. Dealing with Brady being shot and his life being possibly short could put things in perspective for Nicole. Life is never guaranteed and it should always be lived to the fullest. It might lead her to make a painful decision and ask Eric for a divorce.
