DockATot Deluxe Lounger Review

The DockaTot Deluxe Lounger is not only a must have baby product for celeb moms, but everyday parents like you and me! My first encounter with the DockATot brand was at the ABC Expo in Las Vegas, while I was pregnant with my twin girls in 2015. As an expectant mom, I was immediately impressed with the multi-functionality of the lounger. 

Being a mom of twin girls sometimes means double the joy and sometimes double the worry and double the stress. But one thing I don’t have to worry about with the DockaTot is the girl’s safety when they are napping ,co-sleeping, or just hanging out.  

While it is a pretty simple design it is loaded with safety features and benefits for the babies and mom!

• DockaTot lounger’s are designed so that your baby’s face sits relatively high to the sides of the product, so they can easily breathe without worry of anything getting in the way.

• Every inch of the DockaTot -straps, buckles, zippers, etc… are tested and proven to be free of toxic or harmful substances.

• They are heat resistant in design so air flows through keeping your baby cool and comfortable.

• DockATot is hypoallergenic, great for babies sensitive skin.

• It helps little ones feel more secure and cradled, as if in the womb.

• The 100% cotton cover is machine washable which is great because let’s face it- babies are messy, even in their sleep!

I love being able to use the dock for the twins naptimes, co-sleeping- perfect for safe bonding time, playtime on the back or tummy time- the bumper on the dock is great for propping the baby up on their tummy helping to build back and neck muscles. I can grab the lounger’s and toss them into the car for visits to family and friends, hotel stays, quick diaper changes, and more. Once the girls started sitting up it made a great spot for them to sit safely while I had a few hands free moments. Tea and a quick email check anyone?

The DockATot lounger is available in two different models. The deluxe model—for babies 0-8 months—with a variety of cover styles to choose from that will suit any nursery decor. And the Grand model—stage 2 dock for babies 9-36 months. The Grand model is perfect for little ones who are transitioning from a crib to a big kid bed, using it from one place to the other gives them a continual comfort and reassurance-letting them feel cradled and safe.
