The supermodel was dressed in a boho shorts jumper and flats while heading to a frozen yogurt shop. Later, the trio stopped by grocery store for an orchid to take home.
On Monday, Ambrosio shared a sweet shot with her two children.
Ambrosio is married to Jamie Mazur.
The couple have been together since 2008.
