Carrie Underwood still can’t believe she is pregnant!
During an appearance on the Today show on Friday (Sept. 26), the See You Again singer said that the the happy news hasn’t settled in yet.
“It’s still kinda weird, to be honest,” she admitted. “Sometimes I’ll be with my husband and it’s like, I’m gonna be a mom. You’re gonna be a dad. Is this real life?”
Underwood says her mother’s parenting skills are what she will look to when raising her baby.
“I have a wonderful mother, so if I can be even a little bit like that, we’ll be good,” she revealed.
Meanwhile, Underwood had revealed she will release a new single, Something in the Water before her Greatest Hits album hits stores on Dec. 9.
“It’s a joyous, uplifting song about changing your life,” she told of the new song.
On Labor Day (Sept. 1), Underwood took to Instagram to announce she and her husband Mike Fisher are expecting.
