Pataky and her husband Chris Hemsworth walked the red carpet of the Oscar Academy Awards last Sunday.
She showed off her huge baby bump in a sparkling green Elie Saab gown and Judith Leiber bag while Hemsworth wore a David Augst tuxedo.
The couple who married in 2010 are expecting twins this spring.
