Dance Moms Recap For August 6th, 2013: Season 4 “The Dancing Dead”

Tonight on Lifetime Dance Moms returns with a new episode called, “The Dancing Dead.”  On last week’s episode when Abby was tipped off that they’ll be competing against Cathy and her Candy Apples, she created three new dances designed especially to take them down. The Dance Moms went face to face against their archenemies, the Candy Apple moms.

Meanwhile, Kelly, Brooke and Paige were still AWOL so Abby uses her secret dancing weapon, Payton. As if the big dance battle wasn’t enough stress, Abby punished Maddie by taking away her solo.  On tonight’s show Maddie’s star continues to fall, Nia’s is on the rise. On tonight’s show Abby retrieves the taxidermied remains of her beloved Broadway Baby much to the shock of the Abby Lee Dance Company. Meanwhile, Kelly secretly meets with the Dance Moms to plot her daughters’ return. And as Maddie’s star continues to fall, Nia’s is on the rise.
