TJ Jackson Wants Michael Jackson’s Kids

Yesterday it was reported that TJ Jackson had lawyers prepare legal documents requesting that he be named temporary guardian of Michael Jackson’s children and now we’re learning more about his relationship with the kids.  TJ is Tito Jackson’s 34-year old son and he has always had a very close relationship to Prince, Paris and Blanket.   After Michael died, TJ has often functioned as a father figure for the kids according to TMZ,

“At the Michael Jackson tribute show in Wales, Katherine was by herself in a private area, far from the kids.  TJ was in full dad mode, helping Blanket tie his shoes, helping Prince tie his tie.  He made sure the kids were fed during the concert, which lasted for hours.”

TJ is the family member that reported Katherine Jackson missing last week after she hadn’t contacted the family for days and all but abandoned Michael’s children.  Katherine later turned up with her daughter Rebbie but still hasn’t been in touch with her grandchildren.  It’s rumored that Michael’s kids are even pushing to have TJ be appointed their temporary guardian.

TJ is supposedly waiting to see what happens with Katherine, but the papers are drafted and ready to file if need be.
