Could Rachel Bilson be trying to tell us something? The adorable star of Hart of Dixie was seen holding a friend’s baby as they lunched together in Hollywood yesterday. Bilson even picked the little girl up for awhile and carried her down the street. The 30-year-old seemed right at home with the baby on her hip! Rachel has been dating her Jumper co-star Hayden Christensen since 2008. Days before, the two stars were spotted grabbing a pizza and a smoothie in Van Nuys.
