Kourtney Kardashian was spotted looking at some retail locations for lease in Beverly Hills, Ca with her sister Kim on Wednesday. Kourtney who is pregnant with her second child braved the rain in a flowing red jacket with jean and brown boots.

Recent reports have claimed the reality star is pregnant with a baby girl. However, Kourtney claims the rumors are false and that she and boyfriend Scott Disick still do not know the sex of the baby.
