After, they caught lunch at Nate and Al’s.  Kourtney who is nine-weeks-pregnant wore a tuxedo style outfit and black flats.

Rumor has it, Kardashain sold her pregnancy news exclusively to US Magazine for $100,000.  Nice, huh?
