The professional tennis player and former ‘The Biggest Loser’ trainer has been in a long term relationship with Enrique Iglesias, 36, for 10 years. On a recent boat ride around Miami, Florida Anna who is always in perfect shape was spotted with a swollen tummy. Enrique was seen showering her tummy with kisses which added fuel to speculation they are expecting a little bundle of joy.
