Sandra Bullock Takes Her Pirate Son Louis To A Birthday Party

Sandra Bullock was seen taking her son Louis to a pirate themed birthday party in Brentwood, California on Sunday. Little Louis traded in his signature hat for a pirate scarf around his head and a pirate hat that Bullock carried. Louis also wore a pirate costume to match. Unfortunately, Bullock decided was not in the mood to dress up and opted for normal street swear.
