Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo got married this past Friday with only 35 of their closest friends and family members. The couple wanted to keep the ceremony private and intimate, but did welcome cameras for a TLC special which will air at the end of the month. Now that they are legally husband and wife, they are focusing on their future.
“For us, this is just a stepping stone to do what we ultimately want and that’s to start a family together,” Minnillo said.
“Not that getting married was the means to an end to have kids,” Lachey added, “but it certainly was the next step in the process that leads us to ultimately having a great family together.”
Can’t wait to see Vanessa with a baby bump!
