Halle Berry and her three-year-old daughter caught lunch at Vito’s Pizza in Beverly Hills, Tuesday. Both wore stylish denim jeans with cute tops. Nahla looked annoyed as they left the restaurant. Could it be those pesky paparazzi?

Berry and the father of Nahla, Gabriel Aubrey are in an ongoing custody battle. Both want full custody of Nahla. The couple split in April.
