Gabriel Aubry & Olivier Martinez Brawl at Halle Berry’s Home on Thanksgiving

The battle continues for Nahla Aubry.

Gabriel Aubry and Olivier Martinez got into a physical altercation while Aubry was dropping of his daughter Nahla off at Halle Berry‘s house for Thanksgiving on Thursday (Nov. 22).

According to Us, a Hollywood division watch commander told that “the investigation is ongoing” and says “the cause of the fight between the two men is unknown.” Although, law enforcement sources told TMZ the fight broke out after Martinez (Berry’s fiancé) reportedly told the model, “We have to move on.”

According to witnesses, Gabriel then pushed Olivier and threw a punch at his face, but Olivier blocked it and the punch struck him in the shoulder instead. Gabriel then pushed Olivier to the ground, and Olivier cold-cocked him in the face, and a struggle ensued, ending with Olivier pinning Gabriel to the ground.

Gabriel suffered a broken rib, contusions on his face, and possibly a more serious head injury. Olivier may have broken his hand and suffered neck injuries as well. There are conflicting accounts as to whether Gabriel was rendered unconscious in the fight.

Apparently, a judge has issued an emergency protective order, which requires Gabriel to stay 100 yards away from Halle, Olivier, and Nahla.

The battle comes after a judge ruled earlier in the month that Berry will not be able to move to France full-time with Nahla.

Report: Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis Battling Over Their Daughter Lily-Rose

Johnny Depp and his partner of 14 years and mother of his two children, Lily-Rose and Jack, Vanessa Paradis split up a couple of months ago. At this point there seems to be no chance of a reconciliation between these two, which is sad for their kids. We were hoping, Johnny and Vanessa would be able to come to an amicable custody arrangement.

However, allegedly, Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis are battling over their daughter Lily-Rose. On the one hand Johnny does not want his 13-year-old daughter Lily-Rose to go anywhere near Hollywood and Vanessa does not really mind if Lilly tries to pursue a career in La La Land.

The National Enquirer reports, “Johnny still thinks of Lily-Rose as the little 7-year-old that he almost lost to E. coli poisoning, and he’s deeply concerned that Vanessa is letting her run wild. He doesn’t want Lily-Rose, or her brother Jack, thinking about anything but school until they’re 18. But Vanessa is letting Lily-Rose explore her creative side by allowing her to wear funky outfits, and she’s schlepping her to acting auditions.“Vanessa and Johnny have been having screaming matches over Lily-Rose. It’s gotten ugly.”

We are not sure if this story is true or speculation on the part of the magazine. But if it is true we have to be on Johnny’s side. Lily-Rose will be a lot better off staying away from Hollywood. Katie Holmes Stacks Up At The Market With Suri Cruise

Katie Holmes stacked up on some must need items at the market with daughter Suri Cruise yesterday in NYC. Katie is in the middle of rebuilding her life and divorcing husband, Tom Cruise. Us Weekly reports Katie will not budge on getting sole custody of her daughter. ”She is dead set on keeping custody of Suri,” a Holmes source told the magazine. “Katie is not going to compromise on certain issues, all regarding Suri.”

Hopefully they reach an agreement soon. Do any of you have a problem with the fact that Katie keeps taking Suri out in front of the cameras? Have any of you dealt with a young child while going through a divorce? Are there any practical tips you can share that help the child get through it as painlessly as possible?

Gabriel Aubry Claims Victory In Custody Dispute

Halley Berry and Gabriel Aubry will maintain joint custody of their three-year old daughter Nahla after the two squared off in a Los Angeles courtroom on Monday over allegations that Aubry pushed the nanny while holding the toddler.

Social workers recommended that no changes be made in the current custody agreement between the two parents, and the judge appears likely to concur and not grant Berry’s request for a restraining order and/or monitored visitation.

“Social workers recommended that absolutely no changes be made in the current custody agreement, which the judge gives tremendous weight and consideration to,” a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com.

“Halle and Gabriel essentially have joint custody of Nahla. DCFS found absolutely no basis to the claims that Gabriel physically assaulted the nanny, or has ever physically abused Nahla.”

“There was nothing found to substantiate the nanny’s claims, and social workers felt that a restraining order that Halle was seeking wasn’t necessary, and would actually harm Nahla by keeping her from her father.”

The court hopes that Berry and Aubry can try to work out their problems as it is in the best interest of their daughter.

“The report does recommend that Halle and Gabriel attend parenting classes together, so that they can co-parent Nahla. The classes will give them the tools to work through their issues, and hopefully become better parents for it,” an insider said.

Gabriel Aubry Visits Daughter Nahla After Court Decision

Gabriel Aubry wasted no time after a court allowed him to have continued contact with his daughter Nahla with ex-girlfriend Halle Berry. He was spotted picking up three-year-old Nahla at a house in Los Angeles on Tuesday. Nahla held onto Aubry tightly as he carried her past the swarm of paparazzi trying to take their picture.

The custody battle over Nahla reerupted after her nanny Alliance Minder claimed Aubry had pushed her against a door on January 22nd while she was holding Nahla in her arms. Berry took to the Los Angeles court on January 23rd trying to get a protective order placed, so Aubry could no longer visit his daughter.

Aubry is said to believe Alliance has sided with his ex in their ongoing custody issues and claims she has fabricated the pushing claims against him.

As of recent, the court has ruled that Aubry can continue to have contact with his daughter till the investigation is complete and that Nahla may benefit from some therapy sessions.

Halle Berry’s Daughter To Undergo Therapy

Another Day, Another drama in the bitter custody battle between Halle Berry and former ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry.

It is being reported that investigators have suggested their daughter Nahla may benefit from some therapy sessions after her nanny, Alliance Kamden claimed Aubry pushed her while she was holding the Nahla. Nahla was not hurt by the apparent argument.

Halle and Gabriel are due back in court today.

Berry is set to ask a judge to stop the model from having any contact with Nahla until the investigation is complete.

Meanwhile, Aubry is requesting a restraining order against the nanny. Aubry is said to believe Alliance has sided with his ex in their ongoing custody issues and claims she has fabricated the pushing claims against him.
