The Keeping Up With The Kardashians who is due to give birth in December says she is more tired this time around, but still loves being pregnant. 

“I love being pregnant in general. This time I’m more tired than I was the other times. I think it’s because I’m always running around and working on different things. But I feel comfortable with how I look and feel. I find a pregnant body to be beautiful and an incredible reminder of what a woman’s body is made to do,” she tells.

The Younger actress admits she and Comrie are still trying to work out their separation and see how they can be most happy going forward. 

“We have a 2-year-old together. We love each other. Obviously it wasn’t a rash decision that we made. We really are just trying to figure out how we are the most happy – whether together or apart – and we’re doing it as lovingly as possible,” Duff tells.  “We would hang out without Luca; we think it’s important to keep a strong relationship no matter if we’re married or not married. And we love our son. We both want to fight for happiness.”

He’s just starting to talk, and he makes us laugh every single day,” she told. “I do think we’ll end up having another one, but then we’re done. It’s a lot of work, and being pregnant for a full nine months isn’t the best thing in the world.”

“Of course [our children] will speak the languages that we speak; my sisters and I grew up learning French and speaking English and Spanish, and because of that, we’re able to understand Italian and Portuguese. In one photo for the cover story, the Her actress breastfeeds the 3-month-old baby boy as she sits in a diner booth while wearing a Roberto Cavalli dress and Prada heels. 

“Being shot with Otis is so perfect because any portrait of me right now isn’t complete without my identity as a mother being a part of that. Breast-feeding is the most natural thing. I don’t know, now it feels like Otis should always be on my breast,” she told of the shoot. “It felt like we were capturing that multifaceted woman we’ve been discussing—that we know we can be. You can be someone who is at once maternal and professional and sexy and self-possessed. [But] I mean, I certainly don’t really look like that when I’m [typically] breast-feeding. And there’s usually a diaper involved.”
