At last night’s 2016 Golden Globes, Melissa wore a dress she designed, showing off her talents and weight loss. McCarthy told Vogue, ” “I had just finished designing the Spring collection for my line, which was inspired by Studio 54 and all things Bowie. I’ve always been obsessed with the drape and sex appeal of certain 1970s dresses. The second we saw that metallic panne velvet, we all thought kimono dress.”
The ‘Bridesmaids’ star makes sure to incorporate comfort and flare into her styles and noted, “I love anyone who wears what they love and not what they should,” she said. “Red carpets are always better with the Chers and Björks of the world!”

Melissa credited her weight loss secret as letting go of the anger, frustration, and stress of trying to lose weight. “I feel amazing and I finally said, ‘Oh, for God’s sake, stop worrying about it’ and it may be the best thing I’ve ever done,” McCarthy revealed.
