Tia Mowry went on a shopping spree at The Children’s Place for her 7-month-old son Cree Taylor Hardrict in Los Angeles, Ca on Thursday. Mowry laughed and giggled while showing photographers the items she was buying for her tot. At the cash, Mowry proudly showed off a picture of Cree smiling.
Mowry who looked slim in a grey dress and brown heels recently revealed it was hard to lose the baby weight after having a cesarean section.
“It was a struggle, it was hard,” Mowry told. “I definitely focused on what I ate. A lot of people are like, ‘Oh my gosh, how did you do it?’ Everyone knows that I had a cesarean, and when you have a cesarean, you can’t work out a lot until like eight weeks, nine weeks afterwards.”
“So what I did focus on was eating healthy – I stayed away from sugar, I stayed away from carbs, and I just ate like protein and veggies and I would do a lot of walking,”
